relax - InvestmentsTimeshare or vacation propertyI was considering purchasing a time share but was also interested in acquiring a vacation home. I doubt if it will be something that I would live in often but rather I would like to be able to flip it later. Does anyone know which might be a better investment? Comment #1 Brad from Aruba - I would go for a vacation home... you can rent it the times of the year you don't use it. You can sell it to someone has an investment or a primary home for them. You don't have the rules and regulations that come with a time share. Comment #2 Callie from someplace else - I would go for the vacation home too, if you are happy with the the place it is located in. Timeshare is basically for people wanting to travel all over.
