Oooh that does look sooo nice! I just read the introduction and they mentioned a typical Caymanian cocktail: Mudslide. Has anybody tried that? I'm not much of a drinker so i have not.

I'm not much of a drinker too but I've tried mudslide. It's a mix of vodka, chocolate, coffee, irish cream and milk. It made my tummy ache!
