I've heard about Corn Island but never visited. Can anyone tell me about it from first hand experience?

Corn Island? Where is corn Island located? Why is it called Corn Island? Is it shaped like a piece of corn? Do they sell alot of Corn?

Corn Island is owned by Nicaragua. So if you're into Central America and the Caribbean that might be the place for you.
Incidentially, Nicaragua also claims San Andres Island to be theirs, fortunately, Colombia will hear nothing of it.

Anyway, if you want to know more about Corn Islands, just go to the link I provided.
I've never been to Corn Islands either but I have a colleague who visited last year. She said that the place is great for scuba diving and snorkeling.
