I think in big metros where the property value is very high see an increased activity of timesharing. Which means timesharing is active in places where there property value is very high.

That is of course contrary to the investment premise of buy low, sell high.
Make sure you get in before the prices skyrocket so you can sell for a good profit.

Thanks for your suggestions Brad. Sometimes a little delay means losing your profit. It is like go there early and take hold of your possesion.

What makes you think you'll be able to sell a time share? Owning a time share is nothing like owning a home or vacation property. Even dying doesn't get you out of time share ownership.
