Sailing Lessons?

Has anybody ever taken any sailing lessons? I have day dreamed about buying a boat someday and would obviously need to master sailing. Also to even rent a sailing boat, one obviously would have to learn how to sail. Is it complicated?

I have always wanted to learn, but I don't think I have the upper arm strength need to hold the sail! I would be afraid of tipping over or slamming into something. I like experienced sailors to be control! LOL

I had a chance to try it on my neighbor's yacht. It was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. I haven't had a chance to take lessons but I hope to soon.
